General Questions

Do you supply kitsets?

At this stage we do not supply kitsets. All our sheds come fully assembled.

Do I need a permit for my shed?

Although we cannot answer that question for you — since it depends on your local Council — we’ve never heard of any of our customers needing a permit for any of our sheds.

How long does it take for my shed to be built?

It depends on the workload at the time of ordering, but generally it takes between 1 and 3 weeks between the time of ordering and delivery.

Ordering & Payment

How do I order one of your sheds?

Just send us an email and we will get back to you with a quote. If you are happy with the quote, you can make payment via internet banking.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to confirm your order, and the balance to be paid before delivery.

What payment options do you have?

The easiest way is to pay via online banking or deposit. We do accept cash, but remember that full payment has to be made before delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery

How far do you deliver?

Hen houses ready for delivery.

We deliver our sheds all over central and lower North Island. We do occasionally deliver further than that, but the cost will probably make this prohibitive.

How much do you charge for delivery?

As a guideline for the cost of delivery, lookup the distance (in km) from your delivery address to Wanganui and multiply this by $2.00 per km. Delivery within Wanganui city and suburbs is free.

Please note that this is only an estimate, as sometimes we may be able to combine your order with other deliveries in your area and reduce the cost, while for very remote or hard to access areas we may have to charge extra.

The final cost of delivery will be discussed and finalised when you place your order.

Do you allow pickups?

Yes, as an alternative to delivery, you are welcome to pick up from our yard in rural Wanganui, about 20 kms/minutes East of Wanganui, just past Upokongaro.
